Lora

You can always expect a warm and friendly welcome from our Office Manager, Lora. With over 40 years of experience in the field, Lora is expert on dental insurances and making sure our office runs smoothly. She continuously researches the latest updates on insurance facilitation to ensure that you take full advantage of your benefits each year.  She will assist you in maximizing your insurance benefits, coordinating financial arrangements and scheduling your appointments for dental treatment. In her free time, Lora enjoys being involved with her favorite non-profit organization, Collin’s Beautiful Today, and spending time with her husband, daughter and grand-dog. She is also looking forward to retiring soon and doing lots of traveling!

Becky

Becky brings with her over 15 years in the field of dentistry.  She greets everyone with a smile and a warm welcome when you visit us. With a passion for writing, she has recently published her fourth young adult Christian fiction novel. In her spare time, home decorating and organizing is her joy, as well as quiet time with a book or writing at a nearby coffee shop. She has been married for over 35 years, and they enjoy spending free time with their daughter, son-in-law, new grandson Cooper and Greyhound grand-dog named Vynzie.

Rhonda

Rhonda, our Expanded Functions Dental Auxiliary (EFDA), has more than 40 years of experience in the dental profession. She assists in providing patient care and education and has undergone highly specialized training to be certified to place dental fillings and perform other restorative tasks as an EFDA. Her knowledge and experience in chairside techniques are excellent. Rhonda and her husband enjoy hiking, swimming and traveling. They also enjoy visiting with their three adult daughters and their sweet granddaughter as often as possible.

Kris

Kris has worked in the dental field for more than 25 years and brings a fresh perspective on patient and community relations to the office.  As Marketing and Community Affairs Coordinator, she organizes and implements activities in and out of the office in support of dental health awareness.  Kris and her husband have two grown boys, and together they enjoy Ohio sports, wine tasting, traveling, skiing and hiking.

Morgan

Morgan is a graduate of Fortis College in Dental Assisting. After she completed an internship with us in the spring of 2013, we welcomed her on staff as a full-time assistant.  She is highly versed in the E4D CAD/CAM technology that is used in our office and can explain all of our high-tech equipment and how it is beneficial compared to older technology.  Morgan’s hobbies include gardening, going to concerts and spending time with her husband, Michael. Together they enjoy traveling and finding all the local hot spots with their friends. She is an animal lover and her favorite season is fall.

Amanda

Amanda has been a Registered Dental Hygienist for over 15 years. She and her husband, Andrew reside in Silver Lake along with their sweet little guy, Henry. She continues to work with us on a part time basis and is a valuable asset to our office.  On the weekends, Amanda likes to spend time with friends and family.  She also enjoys music, baking, and vacationing.

Jamie

Jamie has worked in the dental field for 34 years.  She has brought a new energy to the office with her contagious smile and passion for patient care.  Her desire is to educate each and every patient and empower them with information and  healthy habits. In her spare time, Jamie enjoys time with her husband, son and daughter, caring for her 2 Boston Terriers and her Siamese cat. She loves to hike and is a competitive bowler on a bowling league.

Chansley

Chansley comes to us from sunny California. She is a Certified Dental Assistant and recently graduated from Case Western Reserve as an Expanded Functions Dental Auxiliary (EFDA). She and her husband and their two adorable children enjoy life with their rescue dogs. They take on all things outdoors and are now encouraging all of their family to move to Ohio!  In her spare time, Chansley likes to knit, bake, decorate and make her home warm and wonderful!

Gia

Gia is a Registered Dental Hygienist & a graduate of Stark State and has been an excellent addition to our office. Her commitment to improving your smile is evident in her desire to treat and eliminate periodontal disease along with her passion for orthodontic correction.  She is currently going through Myofunctional Therapy certification to better assist patients with airway issues, snoring and sleep apnea. She has 9 years of experience and has the unique ability to balance family life and career.  She and her husband enjoy the weekends with their three small children.  For fun, they enjoy hiking and spending time with the kids.

Cheryl

Cheryl is part of our front office team here to assist you with scheduling, insurance verification, electronic forms and anything else that would make your visit with us seamless.  She has 35 years of dental experience and is able to help you with any questions you may have regarding your insurance plan and our procedures.  In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and her rescue dog, Skye. Her other hobbies include baking and reading.

Sophia

Sophia graduated from Revere and currently helps assist chairside as needed while planning on going to school to become a dental hygienist. Sophia is also our Instrument Technician and handles all of our sterilization. We look forward to having her on board full-time in the near future!  Sophia is also Pretzel’s favorite potty partner!  She is an animal lover and enjoys time at the beach.

Christy

Christy is our Treatment Plan Coordinator and has 27 years in the dental and orthodontic field. Christy assists patients in scheduling operative appointments, coordinating treatment with specialists, and submitting pre-determinations and claims to insurance with proper documentation. She is detail oriented and thorough when verifying insurance coverage for patients and makes sure to provide accurate financial estimates prior to procedures. Christy is also our Social Media Coordinator and loves documenting all the informative and fun things our office is all about! In her spare time, Christy is a licensed skydiver (she has over 300 skydives), is either running or hitting the gym, enjoys traveling and partaking in any activity that involves signing a waiver!

Tori

Tori is a dedicated Dental Office Administrator with over 18 years of experience in optimizing patient care and streamlining office workflows. Tori excels in scheduling treatment, maximizing insurance benefits, and can answer most of your insurance and billing questions. She is committed to making every visit smooth and comfortable. Outside of the office, Tori enjoys sewing, crafting, and traveling to mostly tropical locations. She loves hanging out with her husband and watching her daughter and son at their various sporting events.

Julie

Julie attended Youngstown State University and has been an active Registered Dental Hygienist for 34 years. She enjoys helping people of all ages to have terrific, healthy smiles, and always seeks to be gentle and thorough in her approach. Julie loves to walk, bike, kayak, and enjoys traveling to explore new places both near and far. With grown children and near-by grandkids, Julie and her husband of 36 years get to spend happy times with the ones they love best!

Audrey

Audrey is Dr. Donnelly’s daughter and currently attends the University of Akron. Audrey is an Instrument Technician at our office and is also certified in dental radiography. Her long-term goal is to go to sonography or dental hygiene school. On the weekends, you can usually find Audrey coaching her 12’s volleyball team. She enjoys binge watching her favorite TV shows, eating yummy food with her friends, and cuddling with Pretzel.
